Therefore, we exclusively use AI tools that have been pre-assessed for security, privacy, and compliance. In doing so, we look at, among other things:

- Excluding the use of customer data for training AI models
Sensitive data, such as passwords, API keys, or special categories of personal data, are not entered into AI systems.

- What responsibilities and points of attention are associated with this
Where necessary, we also support customers with issues regarding legislation, risk assessment, and the responsible use of AI within their organization.

Sometimes we develop applications in which AI plays a direct role, such as smart search functionality, automatic summaries, or AI chat functionality.
In doing so, we take into account:
