It is of the utmost importance to us that personal data is handled with care. All personal data is therefore carefully processed, secured and treated as confidential. SST Software is the party responsible for processing the data. Because our data processing falls within statutory exemption regulations, we are not registered with the Dutch Data Protection Authority. This privacy policy explains what personal data we collect and what we use it for. This privacy policy was last amended on 28 January 2021.
Collection and processing of data
We only store and use personal data provided by you directly or obtained in a manner which clearly states that it will be provided to us. Personal data that is no longer required is deleted. You are entitled to view your data, or have it amended or deleted. To do so, please use the contact details at the bottom of our website. We only store the personal data that is needed for us to provide our services. For example, invoicing details.
Applying for vacancies
If you apply for a vacancy and provide your personal data, we will only use and store it for as long as necessary to respond to you and to fill the vacancy.
If you fill out a contact form on our website or send us an email, we retain the information you send us for as long as necessary to respond to you and to deal with the enquiry in full.
Clicking behaviour and visit details
Our website collects general visitor data. We use Google Analytics to gain an insight into the pages visited. However, all visitor data is anonymised, so we can never trace the IP address from which you visited our website, or identify the visitor. We are therefore compliant with the latest GDPR legislation applicable as of 25 May 2018 and the recommendations of the 'Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens', which means the following:
- We have a processor agreement with Google;
- The last octet of the IP address is masked;
- We have turned of 'data sharing';
- We do not use any other Google-services in combination with the Google Analytics-cookies.

This policy does not apply to third party websites connected to this website via links. We cannot guarantee that these third parties will treat your personal data in a reliable and secure way. We advise you to read the privacy policies of these third-party websites before you use them.

We reserve the right to amend this policy. We recommend that you consult this policy regularly so that you remain aware of any changes.
