The development budget moves with change

You are at the start of a new development project and at the same time face a dilemma: you have to draw up the budget, but you already know that your market and circumstances are changing quickly. Working out all specifications in detail in advance provides certainty about the costs. Only it's already gnawing at you because you know that you can never know everything in advance. Needs change, techniques and possibilities change. And what you ultimately want is software that contributes to your ambitions and does not slow you down in any way because it may not be completely satisfactory after a while. We agree on a fixed monthly (annual) development budget with you in advance. You first determine in broad terms what you want to deliver, such as a web application with responsive design or a mobile app. We then translate this into an amount per month, which can differ per month. You as a customer determine with us the focus in the month in question: for example, focus on writing a functional design, pure development capacity or on innovation and time to brainstorm. Or perhaps you choose to examine technological innovations.

Part of this approach is:

• You will receive a report every week or two weeks;
• We manage the backlog together with you;
• We work on the basis of a clear roadmap.

You know in advance what you will spend each month and we guarantee that you will have access to our knowledge and capacity in the relevant month based on the agreements.

Yours, your customers, the software itself or any changing preconditions that require the project.
