What is kanban?

Kanban is the opposite of a rigid approach. You can adjust the planning at any time. This method is mainly about continuously delivering (new) features. In contrast to scrum, kanban has no fixed delivery moments.

For example, I have noticed that innovation and budgeting can get in the way of each other in software development. I also see that the lack of progressive insight can destroy the success of innovative projects. Gradually the idea arose to work with a development budget. An approach that should provide clarity, insight and flexibility.
