What is kanban?

Kanban is the opposite of a rigid approach. You can adjust the planning at any time. This method is mainly about continuously delivering (new) features. The development budget moves with change
3 July 2024I can't sit still. If I encounter bottlenecks and areas for improvement, I look for solutions. For example, I have noticed that innovation and budgeting can get in the way of each other in software development. I also see that the lack of progressive insight can destroy the success of innovative projects. Gradually the idea arose to work with a development budget. An approach that should provide clarity, insight and flexibility.
