For ClimaRad we have developed a new Service Tool so that they have their own application for the service engineers to set up and adjust their equipment.

the problem
Previously, ClimaRad used a generic Service Tool that was not owned by them. This limited the possibilities to adapt and further develop the tool. Given ClimaRad's ambitious future plans, the existing tool was not suitable and it became necessary to create a custom solution. We were asked to develop an application that works on both Android and Windows and works seamlessly with the RF dongle that ClimaRad supplies to their service engineers.
the solution
We developed a new Service Tool that fully meets the requirements of ClimaRad. The application is compatible with both Android devices (tablet and phone) and Windows devices. The tool is now fully owned by ClimaRad, which gives them full control over the functionalities and content. Thanks to the built-in management environment, ClimaRad can adjust and add names, texts and new functionalities themselves, entirely according to their own insight. The application is also securely linked to the ClimaRad RF dongle, which ensures an efficient and secure connection.
the results and benefits
The new Service Tool now offers ClimaRad the freedom to further develop and expand the application. Service engineers have access to the same functionalities as before, but now with the benefits of a tool that is fully customized and ready for the future.
